Reservations: Online bookings may be made on the Airbnb platform. Or you may book directly with us by sending email request to [email protected]. Direct bookings must be confirmed with advance deposit for the 1st night of your stay, with balance due 14 days prior to arrival (advance deposit payment by check please; balance may be paid with credit card or check).
Cancellation & Payment Policy: Cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to arrival date for full refund (refunds for shorter notice provided if dates are re-booked by other guests). Refunds not provided for early departure.
Rates & Length of Stay: Rates are seasonal and higher on weekends and holidays. Minimum stay is 3 nights in peak season, 2 nights in shoulder season; occasionally single nights may be available. Rates & minimum stays are displayed on our Airbnb listing calendars – just click the room you’re interested in & enter your desired dates (viewing rates does not generate a booking).
Check-in & Check-out: Self-check-in any time after 3 pm. Check-out by 11 am. Please request different arrival/departure if needed.
No food service: All suites have coffee makers (supplied with coffee & tea etc.); kitchenette or bar sink w/ microwave, minifridge, dishes & glassware, and small dining area. Outdoor seating on patio and lawn.
Room amenities and climate: A/C and heat in all rooms except Garden Suite & Cottage Suite. All rooms have ceiling fans and floor fans. Windows have screens. Some rooms have gas fireplaces. All rooms have HD TV & Wi-Fi, private bath with hair dryer, soaps & shampoo.
Housekeeping: Room will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. No in-room daily housekeeping during your stay. Extra towels & blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Quiet Hours: After 10 pm please refrain from loud music or boisterous socializing.
Pets: We do not allow any pets.
Boats, trailers, motorcycles: Please inquire in advance, very limited area to accommodate.
Smoking: All of Sunset Lodge’s buildings are smoke-free. No smoking within 150 feet of building entrances and common areas such as patios and porches.
