- Rates vary by suite and by season, from $125 to $350 per night plus tax (6%). Rates higher on weekends & holidays.
- Peak-season bookings require 3 nights minimum. Shoulder-season bookings have a 2-night minimum. Single-night stays might be available – please see online booking calendar for availability.
- We do not accept “room blocks” for large groups such as weddings or family reunions.
- We do not allow any pets.
- NO SMOKING within 150 feet of any building or in outdoor common areas
Check-in & Check-out: Self-check-in any time after 4 pm. Check-out by 10 am. Please request different arrival/departure if needed.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made 7 days’ prior to arrival. Payment for entire stay will be charged on this date for bookings made on our website. [Policy for Airbnb bookings is “Moderate” – 5 days’ notice.]
No food service: All suites have coffee makers (with coffee & tea), kitchenette or bar sink with microwave, minifridge, toaster-oven, electric water kettle, dining table with dishes & utensils. Outdoor seating options on patio and deck.
Climate and amenities: Most suites have central A/C & heat (exceptions are Garden & Cottage Suites). All suites have ceiling fans & pedestal fans, and screened windows for fresh air. Some suites have gas fireplaces. Every suite has HD cable TV & Wi-Fi. For list of all amenities, see the room’s description in Airbnb or in our booking engine.
Housekeeping: Rooms thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival. Housekeeper does not enter occupied rooms, unless special need arises. Extra towels & blankets are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Quiet Hours: After 10 pm, please refrain from boisterous conversations and loud TV/music.
Smoking: All of Sunset Lodge’s buildings are smoke-free. No smoking within 150 feet of building entrances and common areas such as patios and porches.
